Subscription Terms
Version of 24 October 2026. These terms are a prudent standard template; they are provided as is and are not legal advice. The services are for business customers only.
1. Who we are
The services are provided by Novarithm, trade name of Salim Doucouré, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France, SIREN 831 841 077, 20 avenue des Champs Lasniers, 91940 Les Ulis, France ("Novarithm", "we"). Contact: contact@novarithm.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to the subscriptions sold at https://gogeta2-u35175.vm.elestio.app/agents/pro/ (Screen Pro, Merchant Check Pro, Pre-Purchase Data License, Agent Monitor) and to the API keys issued for them. They are entered into by a business acting for professional purposes ("Customer"). By paying for a plan, the Customer accepts these terms. Consumer purchases are not accepted.
3. The service
Each plan gives access, with one API key, to the endpoints and features described on its offer page at the date of purchase, up to the monthly quota of that plan. The services return automated, informational signals derived from public and official sources at the time of the request. We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce a paid plan during a period already paid.
4. No advice, no decision
Results are not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial or safety advice, and are not a certification, accreditation or approval by any authority, card network or third party. A potential match or a flag is a prompt for human review; the absence of a flag is not a clearance. The Customer remains solely responsible for its own decisions and for its own compliance obligations (including sanctions, KYC/KYB, AML, merchant monitoring and consumer-protection rules).
5. Prohibited uses
- Using results as the sole basis for decisions about individuals' eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or similar purposes.
- Unlawful, discriminatory or harassing uses; screening without a lawful basis.
- Sharing, reselling or publishing the key or bulk results to third parties without our written agreement.
- Attempts to bypass quotas, probe or overload the service, or to access other customers' data.
6. Keys, quotas and fair use
The key is confidential; the Customer is responsible for its use. Quotas reset every 30 days from the start date; unused units do not roll over. Only successful answers (HTTP 200) are counted. A technical limit of 600 requests per minute per key applies. We may suspend a key used in breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable.
7. Prices, billing and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars, excluding any applicable taxes. Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled; one-time plans (such as the Pilot) are billed once and end at the end of their period. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their own terms. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable, including for partial periods.
8. Cancellation
The Customer may cancel at any time: in PayPal for PayPal subscriptions, or by email to contact@novarithm.com from the address used at checkout for card subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. We may end the service on 30 days' notice; in that case unused prepaid fees for the current period are refunded pro rata.
9. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but provide it on a best-effort basis, without any uptime commitment (no SLA). Data sources may be temporarily unavailable or change their format; such answers are returned as errors and are not counted.
10. Data sources and intellectual property
Results may include data from public sources under their own licences (listed on each offer page). Novarithm keeps all rights in the service and its software. The Customer may use results internally for its business.
11. Personal data
When the Customer sends personal data (for example a name to screen), Novarithm acts as processor on the Customer's behalf under the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms.
12. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, business, data or reputation). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
13. Changes
We may update these terms; changes apply to the next billing period after notice by email or on this page. If the Customer disagrees, it may cancel before the change applies.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent courts of Paris, France, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
